At 1.850 m, right before the last hairpin turns leading to Passo Rolle, Malga Rolle is overlooked by the majestic peaks of the Pale di San Martino. The mountain dairy serves dishes coming from the Trentino tradition: you cannot miss the small canederli with Tosela and the wide selection of cheese produced and sold here in the little corner shop together with other local products.
