The apartment is located close to the General Hospital and the CONAD supermarket. The flat comprises kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, dishes, kettle, and dish-washer. Washing machine is available. The king bed is ready for use. The additional two beds need to be prepared on-site with the bed-cloths that are made available in the flat. Individual garage (area n. 20) and locked closet (n. 7) downstairs, at garage level. In order to facilitate the access to the apartment, 24-hour self check-in is available. Furthermore, guests can check-in at "Dimore della Valle" Estate Agency, 50 Fratelli Bronzetti street in the centre of Cavalese, wher parking area is available 50 metres down, at Fiera square.
Cermis mountain cable is located 1 km from the House. Cross-country skiers can enjoy he Marcialonga track directly in the valley and the Lavazè tracks just 15 km upper by car. Oclini, 5 km further up Lavazè, offers interesting facilities for downhill ski. Other alpine ski facilities from Predazzo (15 km away up the Fiemme Valley, direction to Moena) to the Latemar-Obereggen ski area.
WINTER 2022/23: also seasonal rental, available for Christmas /Newyear and for ski weeks.

From 29 days to the day of arrival is required 50% of the total amount of stay as cancellation fee.
