The farm
Maso Besleri. . . an oasis of peace in the Val Bona, a valley perpendicular to the Val di Cembra, bordering the Avisio. The Pojer and Sandri Farm first reclaimed 8 hectares of vineyards here to give life to Besler Biank and Besler Ross wines and then, recently, restored the two old farmhouses existing there, creating a small shelter for agricultural machinery and a characteristic cellar for the processing and maturation of wine and fruit vinegars. A restaurant has been used as a tasting room while in the upper part of the building have been nicely furnished 5 mini apartments reserved for those who want to stay overnight, with the possibility of breakfast, in the peace and quiet characteristic of Val Bona.
