Sledging on the sled slope Fraina in Bellamonte is such a fun! Not only for children, but for adults too!
Buckle up to live the thrilling 2,000 mt long downhill surrounded by the wood of Alpe Lusia. Get ready for turns, changes in slope and straight stretches. Bring your sledge or rent it at Castelir Service under the skipass office. To get to the sled slope, get out from Bellamonte 3.0 Cable Cars at Fassane half-way station. If you have a skipass, you can use it for the sled slope too. Otherwise, buy the all-day sledging skipass or the single ride ticket on order to be able to take the lift.
For younger children we suggest the activities of the Snow Kindergarten Tana degli Gnomi, located at the start of the lifts, in Castelir.
Safety guidelines
Bring your sledge, but first check if it is the standard two-blade sledge. Please remember that you can only use the classic sledge with side blades and reins. If you don’t have one, rent it at Castelir Service under the skipass office.
Protective helmets are mandatory.

Directions
Get on the Bellamonte 3.0 cable car and stop at the intermediate station. Outside, on the right you will find the starting point of the sledge slope. Ready, set and go !!! Have fun!

Ski bus service from Predazzo to the Castelir ski area (Bellamonte).
How to get there
From Predazzo drive towards Passo Rolle. Once passed the village of Bellamonte, turn left and follow the directions to skiarea "Bellamonte - Alpe Lusia" (Castelir).

Many parking lots at the lift departure.
Mountain boots, gloves, woolen hat and woolen scarf.
