Colorful meadows, fresh larch and red fir woods, and the impressive Cavalese waterfall form the backdrop to this itinerary that develops close to populated areas.
The route alternates paved or cobblestone sections in inhabited centers and dirt roads crossing meadows and woods. It also travels a stretch of the Fiemme and Fassa bike path which almost entirely follows the Avisio river. The Cavalese waterfall offers a refreshing breeze before starting the last kilometers that return to the starting point.

Starting point
Panchià
Directions
Starting from the center of the village of Panchià, follow the signs for MTB route 927 which, after passing through the village of Tesero, leaves the state road to climb towards Varena, crossing colorful meadows that offer a panoramic view extending to the Brenta Dolomites. After passing through the villages of Varena and Daiano, you face a short but challenging ascent (paved) leading to the area of Ganzaie. After crossing the pastures, you enter the larch and red fir forest, circling around the Dosso di Solombo. After a short stretch on paved road, turn right descending on a somewhat rough road (be careful). Afterwards, a beautiful panoramic trail allows you to reach Carano and then quickly descend on asphalt into the village of Cavalese. From here, following the signs for MTB route 925, descend towards the area of Cascata and take the bike path to the right leading to Molina di Fiemme. Climbing towards Passo Manghen, turn left towards Arodolo and, still following the MTB 925 signs, reach the Cavalese Waterfall. After a stop for a souvenir photo, take the bike path until you reach the covered wooden bridge of Panchià. A final climb brings you back to the starting point.

It is recommended to download the gpx track of the route and follow it on your smartphone.
