The forests of red firs, the suspension bridge, a long but steady climb among the pastures of Alpe di Lusia to reach the homonymous pass, and then down to Moena, the fairy of the Dolomites.
From Predazzo, you start cycling along the banks of the Travignolo stream. After passing the climbing cliffs, you reach the suspension bridge and then the banks of the Fortebuso dam. From Paneveggio begins the climb with comfortable hairpin bends that lead to Malga Bocche (to reach it a short detour is necessary). The road then leads to Passo Lusia, where the descent towards Moena begins, first on dirt road and then on asphalt. From Moena, the comfortable cycle path leads back to the starting point.

IMPORTANT
Traffic on all routes is two-way; always pay attention to the passage of other vehicles and the presence of people. The routes are not exclusively for bicycles. Following the Vaia storm (October 2018), forest roads are used by heavy vehicles for the processing and transport of timber.

From Predazzo, following the course of the Travignolo stream, you first reach the locality of Sottosassa with its climbing cliffs and then cross the suspension bridge. Entering the woods, you reach the Fortebuso dam and cycle along the banks of this peaceful lake before continuing to Paneveggio. A short stretch on asphalt leads to the forest road that, with a series of hairpin bends, climbs towards the Alpe di Lusia. We suggest taking the short detour (marked on the map) to reach Malga Bocche, a charming place with an exceptional view of the Pale di San Martino. Retracing your steps for a short stretch on the route just taken, you then continue on a comfortable dirt road among beautiful wooden huts until you reach Passo Lusia. You continue downhill first on dirt and then on asphalt until you reach the town of Moena. After crossing the town, you take the comfortable cycle path that leads back to Predazzo.
It is recommended to download the gpx track of the route and follow it on your smartphone.
