An alternative hike to rediscover the classic "lake route" told by the children of the Lona Lases elementary school

The 14 stages of this route are the result of the project "The Stone of the Future," developed with the third and combined fourth/fifth grades of the Lona-Lases elementary school in 2022. The goal was to create connections and knowledge among the young inhabitants of Lona and Lases and their surrounding territory. The multidisciplinary project produced a creative guide of the path that, starting from the village, follows the trail around the entire Lake Lases.

Exceptional guides are the local girls and boys eager to tell about the places and inventions with which they usually "play" in the village. An exceptional hike to rediscover and recognize this territory from a new perspective: one of a daily life filled with imagination and creative vitality, able to assemble visions of the future with small storytelling pieces.

The project "The Stone of the Future," conceived and developed by the association "Puntodoc" with the contribution of the Fondazione Caritro and the Istituto Comprensivo di Cembra in collaboration with the primary school of Lases and the Argentario Ecomuseum, finds its definitive outlet in this permanent route realized with the contribution of the Val di Cembra Avisio Reserve Network in collaboration with the Municipality of Lona-Lases. On behalf of all the children of the Lona-Lases school who brought it to life, their teachers Manuela Bazzanella and Patrizia Mattevi who supported them, and all involved parties: HAPPY EXPLORATION!
