At 1.850 m, right before the last hairpin turns leading to Passo Rolle, Malga Rolle is overlooked by the majestic peaks of the Pale di San Martino. The mountain hut serves dishes coming from the Trentino tradition, for example small canederli with Tosela and cheese produced by the local cheese factory and sold, together with other local products, at the small shop inside the malga.
