SALE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

GUARANTEE: valid credit card (Diners excluded).
We will not charge any fees unless in the case of late cancellation or no-show, but we will periodically verify the availability of the amount on the card through the pre-authorization system.

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival:
• from August 1 to 23, 2026
After this period, the following will be retained:
• 50% of the total stay amount in case of cancellation or modification;
• 100% of the total stay amount in case of no-show

Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival for the rest of the year.
After this period, the following will be retained:
• 50% of the total stay amount in case of cancellation or modification
• 100% of the total stay amount in case of no-show

• PENALTY FOR EARLY DEPARTURE: As per regulations, in case of early departure, payment of 100% of the remaining nights will be required, net of services that will not be provided.

• HALF BOARD SERVICE: For stays of a minimum of 3 nights, half board treatment is active for the entire stay. Info and reservations at the Reception. Once the service is confirmed, in the event of not consuming 1 or more dinners, the amount will still be fully due.

• TABLE RESERVATION: Since our restaurant has a limited number of seats, once the table is reserved, if you decide to cancel the reservation, no fee will be charged if you inform the Reception by 11 a.m. on the same day. Otherwise, in case of late communication or no-show without notice, a penalty of € 60.00 per person will be charged.

• EXTRA BEDS
The cost of the extra bed varies based on age groups: 0/3; 4/13; 14 years and older and is included in the total stay of the quote.
IMPORTANT: The child's age specified in the contact form must be their actual age during the stay, not the age at the time of the quote request. If on arrival the communicated age differs from the actual age, the rate corresponding to the child's age group during the stay will be applied.

VAT INFORMATION: Our prices include VAT at 10%. Should the rate increase, the prices will be updated accordingly.

QUOTE VALIDITY: 4 DAYS
Our rates are dynamic: the proposed price is locked for you only for 4 days, after which the price may increase.
We advise you to book as soon as possible, as the room will not be held. The actual reconfirmation of the reservation by us will occur upon your acceptance of the quote based on our actual remaining availability.

WELLNESS TREATMENT CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES:
We suggest arriving at the wellness center 10 minutes before your appointment to relax and begin the booked treatment on time. In case of delay, the treatment will be adapted to finish within the scheduled time and not penalize the next client.
Modification of appointment: possible free of charge with at least 4 hours' notice based on remaining availability.
Cancellation of appointment: possible free of charge with at least 12 hours' notice.

After this time, the following will be charged:
• 50% of the treatment price for cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice up to 4 hours before the start of the treatment
• the full amount of the treatment for cancellations with less than 4 hours' notice or no notice or no-show

IMPORTANT: Inappropriate behavior towards our Spa therapists will not be tolerated in any way. Otherwise, the Spa therapist is authorized to stop the treatment at any time, charging for the received treatment. We trust in your kind understanding.

The tourist tax must be paid at the accommodation in addition to the price of the booked holiday, starting from 14 years and for a maximum of 10 nights of stay. 4 and 4* hotels € 2.50 – 3 and 3* hotels € 2.00 – other types € 1.50 – private apartments € 1.00.
