Pleasant walk in the deciduous forest along which you encounter numerous clearings, small wetlands, and characteristic cottages made of porphyry and wood. Perfect route to spend a refreshing afternoon in nature and to practice mountain landscape observation.
A few km from the Maderlina refuge it is possible to reach the Santo di Cembra lake on foot or by car; a small alpine lake much loved by families.
THE 10 RULES FOR HIKERS
As you can imagine, the passability of routes in a mountain environment is strictly linked to current conditions and therefore depends on natural phenomena, environmental changes, and weather conditions. For this reason, the information contained in this sheet may have changed. Before leaving, check the status of the route by contacting the refuge managers along your route, alpine guides, natural park visitor centers, and tourist offices.
Park near the SAT Maderlina refuge and walk for about an hour along the E416 trail on a flat forest road until you reach the panoramic point "Piz dele Agole".
We recommend doing the walk with a backpack carrier for children.
