Moderately demanding route that leads to the discovery of important tourist sites such as the geological site of the Segonzano Pyramids.
Route that requires more effort in the first part of the route, during which you climb through the whole village of Bedollo and then continue on the forest road through the pine forest leading to the now-abandoned village of Gausaldo. This is the highest point of the route. From here onwards, you proceed downhill through the woods to discover the Sanctuary of Madonna dell’Aiuto and the village of Stedro di Segonzano, with its ancient chapel and the view over the Avisio Valley. Two viewpoints along the asphalt road leading to the village of Quaras are worth noting, offering a privileged view of the earth pyramids of Segonzano, bizarre earth pinnacles topped by a large rock.

WARNING: follow the GPX track and the indications on this page; on the stretch from Quaras to Marteri there are uphill sections to be pushed. Another challenging section is from Capitel del Frànzele up to the Sanctuary of Madonna dell'Aiuto.
As you can imagine, the rideability of routes in a mountain environment is closely linked to current conditions and therefore depends on natural phenomena, environmental changes, and weather conditions. For this reason, the information contained in this sheet could have changed. Before leaving, get information on the condition of the route by contacting the refuge managers on your route, alpine guides, natural park visitor centers, and tourist offices.
From the locality Centrale, ascend through the village of Bedollo up to the hamlet of Svaldi, where the provincial road ends. It is also possible to reach the top of the village by detouring through the historic center of Bedollo following the cobblestone road. Continue left, first on asphalt and then on dirt road, up to Capitel del Frànzele. After about 200 meters, be very careful as you will travel a path with emerging streams and dense vegetation (about 300 meters of trail) where it will be necessary to push the bicycle as well. At this point, you will arrive at a panoramic spot with a bench for a short rest and a view over the Piné and Cembra valleys.
Continuing on the Del Castagner forest road, at about 4.9 km turn left onto a path (attention there are no signs indicating the deviation; use the GPX track provided by the app) where you immediately lose altitude with some challenging points, then take the Frontalti forest road which will lead you to the Madonna Dell Aiuto chapel.
Upon reaching the provincial road, head towards the hamlet of Stedro di Segonzano passing through the town center and taking the road that leads to the localities Luc and Quaras. Here you find two viewpoints overlooking the Segonzano Pyramids. After Quaras, the route becomes steeper and more challenging, with some sections where it is necessary to push the bike before reaching the locality Marteri di Bedollo. From here, with a short stretch on asphalt road, you reach the starting point.
Starting from Trento it is possible to reach the village of Centrale di Bedollo by Trentino Trasporti bus, line B402 (Trento - Nogarè - Baselga di Piné - Montesover).
