The Grillo "Comunità Ristorante" is the result of the collaboration between the Social Cooperatives CS4 and Le Rais, the Social Service of the Community of Valle, the Municipality of Altavalle and the Network of Reserves Val di Cembra Avisio and offers bar and restaurant service at lunchtime and with an "apericena" formula in the evening. In addition to enhancing the products of the terriotorio, the restaurant offers training and job opportunities to people who are fragile and/or with disabilities.
