La Primoteca, located on the main road near the centre of Predazzo, is a welcoming place decorated in wood and stone.
It offers a variety of traditional and seasonal appetisers and dishes, even though it is specialised in first dishes, such as homemade pasta, soup, gnocchi and canederli.
In every season, you will find different menus and ingredients: for example, herbs in spring, mushrooms in summer and pumpkin in autumn. Obviously, you can also taste cold cuts, cheese and desserts.
