This restaurant has been part of the history of Predazzo for 70 years. Don't miss the pizzas with stone-ground flour, typical dishes and excellent craft beers

This restaurant was opened in the 1950s in Predazzo as a motel to provide refreshment for tourists at a time when the economy was spreading throughout the Region. Over the years, the building has been refurbished and transformed into a restaurant/pizzeria with intimate and well-kept rooms. Today it enjoys the family atmosphere typical of alpine huts and offers traditional, homemade but well-kept cuisine, using typical ingredients, such as mushrooms and cheeses. There is a wide range of craft beers and quality wines, as well as a wide menu of pizzas, kneaded with stone-ground flour and cooked in a wood-fired oven.
