For 90 years, the Rifugio Capanna Passo Valles has been serving typical dishes and refined cuisine including cheese, mushrooms and local game.
The entire restaurant, decorated in an alpine style, is furnished in wood and, besides the main dining room with its wide windows, a nice rustic room in the basement is available upon reservation.
After lunch, sit at the tables next to the bar while savouring a piece of home-made cake or sipping one of the special grappas which are distilled and flavoured with locally grown herbs by Angelo Cemin himself, the manager of the restaurant. During the cold winter days, treat yourself with a delicious hot chocolate.
