12th edition of the gastronomic review that celebrates autumn flavors, the scents of the woods, and the essences of nature, featuring dishes made with zero-kilometer ingredients from Val di Fiemme and Trentino. The initiative, organized for the Festival del Gusto di Predazzo, involves restaurants, agritourisms, and hotels from the Tradizione e Gusto club and the Strada dei formaggi delle Dolomiti, ready to welcome you with special menus created for the occasion. The absolute protagonist is the Mezzano cheese from the Malga del Caseificio Sociale di Predazzo and Moena, accompanied by seasonal vegetables and fruits in a perfect blend of genuineness and creativity.
