The butcher will be present with a dedicated meat counter, featuring a selection of Florentine cuts/Trentino hamburgers and from around the world, all aged using the dry ager method.
He will explain the characteristics of all the meats and will be able to advise you on the best choice suited to your palate.
Finally, he will grill them according to the degree of cooking you choose.
All of this will be accompanied by a side dish created by the Chef.
