• The Toast: the journey begins in the Winery with a toast featuring our Trentodoc Oro Rosso on the Vinoteca terrace.

• The Location: we will move to the restaurant Ca’ dei Volti, beneath the evocative historic arches of the place.
• The Pairing: a discovery of the art of perfect harmony between young mountain wines and cuisine dishes.
• The Chefs: the gastronomic proposal by Carolina and Mariangela.
• The Philosophy: a harmonious intertwining of local tradition and international inspirations.

  • Seared scallop on a mountain potato cream infused with chamomile and crispy mushrooms.

  • Risotto with mountain butter and mountain pine with seared mullet fillet and burnt leek powder.

  • Cod cooked in seasoned oil with juniper, celery root cream and green apple.
  • Pairing: Zymbra 2020
• Dessert
  • Berry soup, with verbena ice cream and crispy meringue.
