Campirlota is a small organic farm. In Faver (Altavalle), Elisa and Paolo cultivate vines and chestnut trees on terraces supported by daring dry stone walls. They have a microproduction of wine (Müller Thurgau and Schiava). Their dream is to take care of the land, minimizing the environmental impact of agricultural activities as much as possible. The goal is regenerative agriculture, which adopts organic methods and agro-ecological practices while prioritizing ancient and local varieties. Campirlota also organizes guided excursions and cultural events, where nature and the rural world are the protagonists.
Campirlota means "somersault": it is a word that evokes joy and lightness as well as the search for balance and a harmonious relationship between humans and the environment, characterized by respect and reciprocity.
