The Chalet Caserina is located in Pampeago in the open-air art gallery RespirArt, one of the highest of its kind in the world. It can be reached on foot or by taking the Agnello chairlift.
Welcoming the guests is a new Jacuzzi placed on the mountain hut’s terrace.
The Chalet prides itself on rustic furniture inspired by the nature of Latemar and is decorated with charming contemporary details. Take a moment to relax and admire the Dolomites while seated on furred deck chairs, soft pouffes and enveloping beanbag chairs.
The gourmet cuisine pays close attention to the look of its dishes and the quality of the ingredients. Our guests will be surprised by the wide menu that includes a variety of delicious dishes. Start with a platter of speck or cheese, carne salada, carpaccio or focaccia bread with Prosciutto di Parma PDO (Protected Designation of Origin). Then, try our homemade pasta (with sausage too), gulasch soup, the farmer plate (eggs, potatoes and speck), grilled sausages, pork shank, venison stew and beef entrecote.
During the summer, for the Fiemme Guest Card holders, there are a lot of experiences for children and their families to enjoy: concerts of classical and traditional music, theatrical performances, ice cream, fish and other delicacies, as well as smiles, cows, food, joy and happiness.
