During the summer, Fabio manages Malga Sadole, located at an altitude of 1600 m, where he also puts out to pasture his 70 cows. Reachable by car from Ziano di Fiemme, this mountain hut has been recently remodelled and offers typical Trentino dishes, served with kindness and courtesy as side dishes.
