Praise for local products and particular attention to local ingredients characterise this restaurant, where the present meets the past and tradition. At dinner, three menus of your choice stand out with dishes of Italian cuisine, typical proposals and locally sourced products. The pasta and bread are homemade, while the vegetables are grown directly in our own vegetable garden. There is also a children's menu and different options for customers with coeliac disease, vegetarians and those suffering from food intolerances. Inside, the Andreas Hofer stube hosts tastings of Trentino beers and wines. Here you can enjoy a delicious slice of strudel accompanied by a warm vanilla sauce or an inviting chopping board of mountain cheeses and local cured meats.
