A restaurant surrounded by nature with a pretty alpine lake nearby
Built by the Cembra apline troopers in 1956, the Lago Santo restaurant is located 1,200 metres above sea level, 5 kilometres from the village of Cembra and 200 metres from the lake of the same name.
The menu gives value to the local cuisine with traditional Trentino dishes, such as canederli, goulash, polenta, sauerkraut, fresh cold cuts and homemade desserts. Simple but genuine flavours to make our guests feel the aroma of the area.
Near the property there are numerous parking lots where you can set off on differente walks and hikes. The 30-minute walk around the lake is flat and perfect for families with young children. From the restaurant, you can head towards the Roccolo del Sauch or the Rifugio Pozmauer both on foot and by bike.
In summer, the lake is a favourite destination for visitors who want to cool off with a dip in its cool, clear waters.
