The Trentino Bistrot Wine Bar by El Molin is located inside a historic building in the center of Cavalese, facing the Palazzo della Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme. It is an intimate and welcoming venue that reflects, with its warm wooden furnishings, the Trentino tradition. Here, new national and international recipes harmoniously blend with traditional gourmet specialties, under the guidance of star Chef Alessandro Gilmozzi.
