9 km enogastronomic circular route on comfortable roads, to discover the flavors and territory of Giovo in the Cembra Valley.

Pleasant walk to get to know local producers and restaurants with zero-km cuisine, admiring very varied panoramas: from terraced vineyards, the result of "heroic" cultivation recently named "Historical rural landscape of Italy", to lush woods and enchanted green meadows.

Before leaving, get information on the state of the route by contacting the managers of the refuges on your route, alpine guides, visitor centers of natural parks, and tourist offices.

Starting point
Palù di Giovo - Square (see directions to follow)
Directions

The route starts with the first stop in the square of Palù di Giovo where the Azienda Agricola Simoni is located. Following secondary roads with ups and downs, you reach Verla di Giovo where, surrounded by vineyards and with a beautiful view, is the Cantina Villa Corniole. From here you climb the road surrounded by vineyards, woods, and meadows until reaching the Ristorante Fior di Bosco. Now the return route begins, mainly downhill, which following mostly the "Strada della Rosa" among vineyards and woods of chestnuts, acacias and pines, leads to the starting point.

Where to park
At the beginning of the village of Palù di Giovo, near the sports hall, it is possible to park your car and from there walk to the square.

Gym shoes or trekking shoes, waterproof jacket, water, sunscreen.
