The Sin-Byosis week, the mushroom festival in the Dolomites, concludes with a guided tour through nature, tradition, and gastronomy where local mushrooms meet the art of the Chefs of Fiemme.
The tour starts from the village of Castello and crosses the Biotopo of Brozzin: guiding you will be the Medium Mountain Guides of AvisioTrek and the Mycologists of Fiemme, to learn about and taste the world of mushrooms. At each stop, Fiemmese chefs and local agritourisms will transform this discovery into a taste experience, with dishes based on mushrooms from the Kimig farm, local products, wines from the Zanini Winery, and Beer from Fiemme. A journey through mycology, nature, and haute cuisine.
