Behind the Altrea project are Matteo Zanon and Gaia Varesco, who decided to invest in a craft workshop where ice cream is produced daily, without shortcuts, with great attention to the seasonality and freshness of ingredients. Milk, cream, and selected raw materials are the foundation of a production that aims to stand out for its taste and genuineness.
A welcoming place where ice cream is not just a product but an experience. A meeting point for the community, where one can stop even just for a smile.
