We are Luca and Federico, cousins. With the 2018 harvest, we decided to give our interpretation of the territory where we grew up, the Valle di Cembra, through the transformation of the grapes from the vineyards cultivated by our families for generations.
We cultivate and vinify Chardonnay, Riesling, Schiava, Müller Thurgau, Pinot Grigio, and Pinot Noir.
In our vineyards, mechanization is minimal, sometimes impossible; symmetry and order do not reign, for us it is a constant search for balance between our meticulous interventions and the vine that follows its own forms. Through observation and understanding of the natural cycles in the countryside, as well as the careful and minimal use of sulfites in the winery, we interpret our vineyards from vintage to vintage to obtain wines that are always authentic and never opulent.
We choose to renounce the exaggeration of production and commit ourselves to respecting our lands: for almost 10 years, they have not been chemically weaned, we do not use chemical fertilizers, and we treat with cover products.
