Hero – The House of Burger was founded in 2018 in Predazzo.
Mauro, with the support of Anna and Chantal, has roots in over 10 years of experience in creating gourmet hamburgers.
The venue combines tradition and innovation, with a menu that ranges from historical burgers beloved by customers to local burgers, culminating in the BURG-HERO, hamburgers inspired by the colors, scents, and flavors of the world.
Our menu evolves every 3 months to always offer new experiences, but we have fixed events that return and tell our identity, such as: the autumn SEASON BURGER with pulled pork shank, the PARDACIAN with Moena polecats, sauerkraut, and.. created for San Giacomo (patron of Predazzo), and the AVISIO with a tartare of Biotrota (from Dolomiti di Predazzo), which has been recognized as Italian Excellence by the Accademia del Panino and was also featured in an article in the Corriere del Trentino.
Completing the offer is our CAMM, a beer produced in collaboration with the Gilmozzi family of the Birrificio di Fiemme.
