Every day, the Chef carefully selects the freshest and strictly local products, which are an authentic expression of alpine identity. It is a cuisine that originates from the mountains and narrates its soul through vegetables grown in the surrounding valleys, fine meats from traditional farms, and rich and enveloping cheeses from the renowned Caseificio di Cavalese.

Chef Antonio Lepore
Originally from Montella, a small village in Irpinia, Antonio Lepore grew up in a family where cooking is a daily gesture, affection, and memory. The grandmothers with their genuine dishes, his mother with her sincere cooking, and days spent fishing with his father: these are the first ingredients of his passion.
