The Pizzeria Restaurant Roma, is born in 1968 from an idea of the current owners Giuliano Adalisa Monsorno. Since then it has always been a reference point for the restaurant in Val di Fiemme and the children have continued the tradition with professionalism. The fine cuisine is always looking for new proposals; from the most classic dishes of regional cuisine to dishes with a modern twist also proposed as tasting menus and themed menus. Bread and pasta are homemade, such as all sweets, jams and chutneys. The pizzeria offers in addition classic pizzas with fresh seasonal products.
