The Rifugio Chalet Hotel Sporting is located directly on the slopes of Alpe Cermis, at 2000 meters, with a panoramic view of Val di Fiemme.
The new version of the Rifugio Chalet Hotel Sporting is born in respect of local tradition and the desire to convey the harmony of the relationship between man and nature.
The gourmet restaurant, in fact, has been created inside an ancient wooden stube with strictly mountain-style furnishings. Natural materials and the creaking of the fir walls are the elements that create the right atmosphere for pleasant, but above all tasty, convivial moments.
Cheeses, mountain butter, aromatic herbs, seasonal fruits from the surrounding valleys, speck, cold cuts, and lucaniche characterize our menus. Unmissable are then the flagship dishes of Trentino and Italian cuisine: canederli, mushrooms, game, polenta, and express pizza. The daytime kitchen is open from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
A large selection of Trentino and Italian wines, fragrant white grappas to spend a few more minutes of relaxation before returning to enjoy the regenerating views provided by Alpe Cermis.
Introducing “Ginmozzi,” the feminine gin
Anna Gilmozzi, owner of the Sporting Hotel, has created an original juniper distillate designed and dedicated to the female world.
“Ginmozzi” stands out for its delicate pink hue, achieved through the infusion of grapefruit and rose petals. The recipe is enriched with medicinal herbs, including calendula and lavender, precious rose hip, and Bach flowers, chosen for their strong symbolic value related to rebirth and transformation.
But “Ginmozzi” is not just a gin: the project also aims to convey a message of solidarity. A part of the proceeds will indeed be donated to the Coordinamento Donne, a Trentino organization selected for its concrete commitment to supporting victims of domestic violence.
