There are places where wine is not just a product, but the story of a land and a family that has chosen, over time, to take care of it. For us, this bond has deep roots and begins in 1860, in the heart of the Cembra Valley, where today we have reached the fifth generation.
Since then, we have learned to know and enhance a landscape that is as fascinating as it is challenging, made up of slopes, terraces, and dry stone walls, where mountain viticulture requires hard work, experience, and great dedication.
Today we cultivate 18 hectares of vineyard, between 450 and 850 meters above sea level, distributed across the various slopes of the valley.
We look to the future without forgetting where we come from. Alongside tradition, we embrace research and innovation, with the desire to enhance our vineyards and create wines capable of authentically expressing the character of the valley.
Today we continue this journey with the same respect for the land that has been passed down to us, but with our gaze directed at what we can still build.
The doors of our winery are open to those who wish to get to know the Zanotelli world up close. We look forward to telling you our story, sharing our work, and letting you discover, through our wines, the character and nuances of the Cembra Valley.
